Abstract

Topical studying of legal aspects stages issue of securities, requirements to a prospectus of the issue of securities, features of the state registration, is connected with insufficient theoretical development of this subject. In this paper the procedure issue of securities is analyzed. Particular stages issue of securities and their specifics are considered.
